How Vouch data works: sources, scores, and privacy
Where the data comes from
Reviews come from authenticated renters who lived at the property, and walk-through condition reports cover vacant units only, documented with the owner's written permission by independent field inspectors.
What a Vouch Score means
A Vouch Score is a 0–100 signal built only from renter-reported answers, including whether renters would choose the property again, calculated from a property's first approved review and weighted for review volume. How Vouch Scores work
How we protect your privacy
Reviews publish anonymously by default, addresses of occupied homes are masked, and Passport sample entries stay in the page session; shared previews contain no saved renter details.
Limits of the information
Vouch data reflects individual experiences at a point in time and is not a professional home inspection or a warranty of future condition.
